Permanent Eyeliner
Permanent eyeliner can be applied in the classic eyeliner look, with a powder look, a combination of both, or as subtle as a lash enhancement to give the illusion of thicker and darker eye lashes. Swelling for a day or two is minimal; no more than what would be common with acute hay fever. Since eyeliner is typically applied in very dark colors, it lasts for many years.
