Permanent Eyebrows
Permanent eyebrows are done to simulate a “hair look” eyebrow as opposed to a solid thin or stenciled line. This allows for better design of the eyebrow for better balance on the face. Several shades, much like with hair color, are used to compliment skin tone and match natural hair growth.
